The best way that I know if I am using a Pemf machine that gives a high enough dosage is when I treat my friends in my jiu jitsu class and those that come over that have swelling from an injury. If they say there was a big change in their swelling or their pain went a way, then that's what I need to know. Some people are in the inflammation state "already" and others have injuries without any broken blood vessels. I have other types of machines people come over for and they don't even know anything about Pemf. I try to review everything I have with different people.

Some people can get away with a low dosage and some need a higher dosage. I will say that many chiropractors that have bought cold lasers from me that call me with questions and want to upgrade to a higher powered class 4 laser, I tell them about Pemf and nearly all of the doctors that have compared Pemf to their cold lasers all say the same thing in common.

Most dosages from the really powerful Pemf generators are around 20 to 30 minutes. There are many cheaper lower powered Pemf devices and mats that claim they only require 30 minutes but are less than half the power. This is why I had to make a review site since nearly all the manufacturer's were telling me the same thing when there are so many types of machines. Too much mis information and I am sifting through all of it to weed out the truth.

Note: too high of a dosage can make the voltage of the body too high which most people will feel a tingling. This is the time TO STOP THE TREATMENT based on what I have researched. Too much circulation and oxygen. Remember how people can over oxygenate if not "burning" the oxygen. This is another reason why people get prescriptions for oxygen concentrators and doing Ewot. Also if the dosage is too high the body can get a sense of being very warm all the sudden.

I urge those that need a Pemf machine that has a strong enough dosage to talk to someone who has studied all the Pemf machines on the market or the main ones that are being advertised on the net.
