PEMF-SESSION-TIMES- How long to use a Pemf machine

Many people go on these Pemf machines for 20 to 30 minutes. 8 minutes is all that is really needed if the machine has enough power. Once the voltage of the body is at the highest voltage it can get, the Pemf machine might be just putting people in the inflammation state. Like when you stub your toe and it gets inflammed or fall, the body naturally raises the voltage to a higher milli-volt level. Note: I also review cold lasers and many people think they will heal. But, if there are broken blood vessels that is a different situation than just chronic pain when the injury has already been healed.

Note: 8 minutes is ample time to get my circulation started. There is no need to go 30 minutes once I have reached my goal.

The first thing many people notice after about 8 minutes is when someone has cold feet or numb feet they will notice it much more than an athlete or someone very healthy.

A short session time of 8 minutes is what I use to flush out all the lactic acid out of my muscles after a workout. I can really feel a difference. Longer than 8 minutes is overkill.

Note: every Pemf machine is different but the one that I use I only go on it for 8 minutes, usually twice a day if I need to go in it. Some of the higher end machines that go up to 50 hertz and really high powered can raise my voltage too fast. I believe slower is better. Restorative sessions are different than therapeutic sessions.

Many people are confused since all the manuals and information online is all saying just about the same thing about their Pemf machine as the others. They are telling people about the studies but I want to know if those were the real Nasa studies or actual studies they did on their Pemf machine.
