PEMF Dosage VS Fluence: Many clinics have one PEMF generator and usually a 2nd attachements (ring or pad)

If running more 1 or more accessories at the same time the power is divided and the Pemf energy will feel weaker. So, the fluence is still there and I know most people feel cheated when they get less body coverage. But, the dosage per body part is lower which offsets the fluence people want. There are only a few models that are "solid state" built that don't lower the dosage. These are also very expensive and must be 100% solid state electronically built. That is also another reason some of the higher quality Pemf machines can charge 20 to 30 grand while others charge half that price.

Note: the more copper coils the more fluence but the dosage to the body is still the same as its spread out over more surface area. Strong pulses going slowly versus fast pulses that are less intense can still put the same joules of energy into the body but if the cells get charged too quickly, the benefit goes down. I urge people to get trained on how to use these based on which machine people get.

The best way I have found to test the dosage vs the fluence to see if it is high enough is to see how I feel on the 2nd or 3rd day on each of the pemf machines I tested. Many people use them when they are giving too much energy.
